Early access — onboarding a small number of UK agencies

Your consultants should be placing candidates, not looking for them.

Not another tool for your consultants to learn. REX works the role — sourcing, outreach, and qualifying every reply against your brief — and only involves a human when there's a conversation worth having.

No card, no commitment. We onboard agencies one at a time.

The problem

Most of a recruiter's week goes on the part clients don't pay for.

Searching, filtering, cross-referencing, chasing. It's necessary work, it doesn't scale, and it's the first thing to slip when you're busy — which is exactly when a full pipeline matters most.

Sourcing eats hours

Every role means starting again across fragmented platforms, with inconsistent data and no shared memory of who you've already seen.

Outreach doesn't scale

Personal messages get replies. Generic ones get ignored. Doing it properly at volume is the bottleneck every agency runs into.

Screening buries the day

Every reply has to be read, qualified and routed before anyone can have a useful conversation about the role.

What's different

Most recruitment software makes your team faster. REX does the work.

That distinction matters more than any feature list. A faster consultant still has to do the searching and the chasing. REX takes those off the desk entirely and gives them back a qualified conversation.

It works unattended

Brief it once and it keeps working the role — sourcing, reaching out, following up — without someone driving it from a dashboard every morning.

It qualifies, not just collects

Most tools make sure replies don't get lost. REX reads each one against your brief and sorts it, so what reaches your consultant is already worth their time.

Your data doesn't leave

Built to run inference on infrastructure we control, so candidate records aren't passed to whichever model provider a vendor happens to use this year.

How it works

REX runs the pipeline. Your team runs the relationships.

You brief it like you'd brief a resourcer. It works the role continuously and only involves a human when there's something worth a human's time.

Give REX the brief

Role, location, must-haves, the things that actually disqualify someone. The same detail you'd give a new resourcer on their first day.

It sources and enriches

Candidates are found across multiple platforms and enriched into consistent, structured records — with location and eligibility checked up front, so your shortlist isn't full of people who were never going to work.

It reaches out, properly

Messages written for the individual and the role, sequenced with follow-ups. REX keeps working the pipeline until candidates respond.

It qualifies the replies

Responses are read against your brief and sorted — interested and suitable, interested but not right, not now. No inbox to wade through.

Your consultant takes over

A warm, qualified conversation lands with the right person on your team, with the full history attached. That's the point where a recruiter earns their fee — so that's where REX stops.

New business

The same signal that finds candidates finds clients.

Working thousands of profiles across a market tells you who's hiring, who's growing, and who just lost someone. REX surfaces that as business development leads instead of letting it evaporate.

Hiring signals, not lists

Companies showing movement in your sectors — surfaced with the context that makes a first call worth taking, rather than another cold list to grind through.

Sourcing that pays twice

Every role you work builds market intelligence. REX turns the by-product of candidate sourcing into a pipeline of warm reasons to pick up the phone.

Your data

Candidate data that stays yours.

Recruitment runs on personal data, and you're accountable for it under UK GDPR. Most AI tools send that data to whichever third-party model provider they happen to use. We're building REX to run inference on infrastructure we control — so the answer to "where does our candidate data go?" is one we can give you plainly.

Self-hosted inferenceWe're moving model inference in-house rather than routing candidate records through third-party APIs.
Your records, your CRMREX writes back to the systems you already use. It's a layer on your process, not a replacement for it.
Answerable by designYou can tell a client exactly where their data sits and who processes it — without a caveat.
Questions

Straight answers.

Is REX available now?

We're in early access and onboarding a small number of UK agencies one at a time, so we can build around how you actually work rather than how we imagine you do. If that sounds useful, get in touch and we'll talk about whether it's a fit.

Does it replace my consultants?

No. But it should change what they spend the day on. REX handles the searching and chasing that nobody enjoys and no client pays a premium for. Judgement, negotiation and relationships stay with your team — that's the part clients are actually buying, and the part that doesn't scale by adding software seats.

Will candidates know they're talking to software?

REX handles first contact and qualification; a person on your team takes over the moment there's a real conversation to have. We're not interested in pretending otherwise, and neither should you be — it's your reputation in the market.

Does it work with our CRM?

REX exports to Bullhorn, and we've built the integration as a framework so additional CRMs can be added. Tell us what you run and we'll tell you honestly where it stands.

Who's behind it?

REX is built by 0x1labs, a small AI product company registered in Estonia. We build and run our own products rather than taking client work.
